Advantages:

Очень удобное расположение. До моря и набережной, до Старого города, до торговой улицы 10-15 минут пешком. На первом этаже дома - супермаркет. Просторная и чистая квартира.

Disadvantages:

Окна одной из спален выходят на оживленную улицу С. Вургуна. Звукоизоляция слабая и заснуть не просто. Особенно учитывая любовь бакинских водителей сигналить по любому поводу. Окна другой спальни выходят во двор, там тихо. Но рядом с окнами дверь в другую квартиру, соседи любят выходить покурить и табачный дым попадает в спальню. В квартире не было средства для ПММ, стирального порошка. Дом довольно старый с изношенными коммуникациями. Из-за этого в одной из ванных комнат стоит довольно сильный запах канализации. В другой все нормально.
