Disadvantages:

Квартира абсолютно не та, что представлена на фото. Вместо указанной на сайте хозяин заселил в квартиру хуже по качеству, со старым ремонтом, протертым диваном и пыльной мебелью. За ту же цену. Т.к. альтернатив не было найдено, пришлось остаться.
