Идеальное местоположение: метро сахил, автобусные остановки, бульвар - в 2х минутах пешком от дома. Рестораны, круглосуточный большой продуктовый- рядом. Старый город-10 мин пешком. Улица низами-2 мин. Банки в 3х-5ти минутах
К здании лифт. Но до лифта есть несколько ступенек. Дворик перед домом зелёный, аккуратный. Охраняемый.

Advantages:

Квартира очень понравилась. Большая кухня, есть всё необходимое, 2 большие отдельные комнаты, просторный коридор, красивая ванная комната. Заселение бесконтактное, что для нас очень удобно. Хозяйка очень быстро ответила на запрос на сайте и в дальнейшем тоже была на связи. Расположение очень хорошее, близко и набережная, и старый город.
