Advantages:

Отличное расположение. В пешей доступности метро, продуктовый магазин, в доме на первом этаже есть ресторанчик с вкусной едой. В квартире есть все самое необходимое для комфортного проживания (посуда, фен, полотенца, постельное белье, утюг, гладильная доста и др.). Также приятным бонусом было наличие чая, кофе и бутылочки воды. Одно есть небольшое пожелание - было бы хорошо заменить подушки на новые, и пододеяльник чтоб соответствовал размеру одеяла. Во всем остальном квартира супер, рекомендую для проживания.
