Advantages:

Современный высотный дом, в центре города. Квартира свежая, с хорошим ремонтом. Все необходимое для проживания в квартире есть.

Disadvantages:

За неделю проживания, дважды отключали свет, в отдельно взятой квартире, это было не приятно, потому, что придя с улицы домой где стояла жара, было обыкновенное желание включить кондиционер, принять душ, но увы!
